What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of new business ventures from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and validate business models.
- Drive strategic planning and operational execution to ensure successful company growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure resources for new initiatives.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 410 years of experience in venture capital entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Proven track record of launching successful startups or innovative projects.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and its application in various sectors.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management.
Preferred
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and investor relations.
- Background in technology-driven industries particularly AI or related fields.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $150K$150K with equity participation of 0.5%0.5%. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mission-driven companies while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
