Foster Family Evaluation SpecialistSalary: $55000Do you have experience in human services and want to work for a company that actively improves the lives of the individuals it serves As the Foster Parent Recruiter you will develop and implement recruiting strategies to continuously attract and retain new foster the recruitment strategy and process for an assigned a prospect network and related campaigns to establish an ongoing pipeline of calls to leads and informational screening meetings review applications and coordinate approval and attend networking and marketing events. Raise awareness in the community through visiting community locations and leaders and following up on referrals to source potential foster parents and enhance community orientation home study evaluations and pre-service with internal marketing resources to produce materials.
