Social Work p.r.n. is actively sourcing a dedicated professional for a temporary full-time foster care case manager position. This role is an excellent opportunity for a social work professional to directly support children and families navigating the foster care system.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits with foster children in their current placements to assess safety and well-being.
Coordinate and oversee supervised visits between children and parents.
Provide safe transportation for foster children to and from their scheduled visits and placements.
Assist the agency with finding new placements by actively making calls and emailing referrals.
