Forward Deployment Engineer Remote (Travel to Boston, MA as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations using APIs and custom code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across applications infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Automate deployments and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during implementation and go-live.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Software Engineering Solutions Engineering or Implementation.
• Proficiency in Python Java Go or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs SQL Git Linux and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Background in the pharmaceutical healthcare or life sciences industry is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Terraform monitoring tools and AI/LLM technologies.
