Forward Deployed Product Manager

An early-stage venture-backed AI company is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to partner directly with enterprise customers in industrial sectors. Youll translate complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions working closely with customers engineers and leadership to drive product adoption and business impact.

What Youll Do

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Turn operational workflows into product requirements and AI use cases.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Define MVPs success metrics and product roadmaps.
• Drive customer adoption pilot programs and account growth.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in Product Management Management Consulting Enterprise Delivery or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Oil & Gas Utilities Energy Chemicals or Refining.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous startup environments.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice to Have

• MBA or consulting experience (MBB preferred).
• Experience with enterprise AI implementations digital transformation SaaS AI/ML LLMs or Agentic AI.
