What You Will Do

• Embed with strategic customers to assess their engineering workflows data sources and objectives.
• Design and implement custom integrations that connect customer tools such as ticketing systems source control and CI/CD pipelines into the platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in customer environments employing innovative problem-solving strategies.
• Build tailored data pipelines connectors and configurations that meet specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback influence product roadmaps and ensure field insights drive product enhancements.
• Develop reusable assets and documentation that streamline future deployments.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering and platform teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3 to 8 years of experience in software engineering solutions engineering or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with developer tooling ecosystems including version control systems CI/CD platforms and observability tools.
• Proficient in reading writing and debugging code across multiple programming languages or environments.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts APIs and ETL or ELT patterns.
• Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in early-stage or growth-stage software companies.
• Familiarity with engineering metrics or developer productivity frameworks.
• Exposure to data warehousing business intelligence tools or analytics platforms.
• Background in platform engineering DevOps or infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $210K with an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values technical expertise and customer engagement.
