Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations shipping and receiving inventory management and forklift operation. This position requires a self-starter who is organized learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Operate both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners (RF guns) for inventory and order processing
• Handle shipping functions including:
  • Rate shopping carriers
  • Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Loading trucks
  • Organizing freight for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments by:
  • Unloading trucks
  • Verifying and checking in materials
  • Processing purchase orders (POs)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

• Certified and experienced operating both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts
• Previous warehouse experience including picking and packing
• Experience using RF scanners/RF guns
• Previous shipping experience including BOL creation freight organization and truck loading
• Previous receiving experience including unloading trucks checking in materials and handling purchase orders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Valid Drivers License (MVA record check required)

• Experience with P21

• Ability to lift move and carry materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
