Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Driver (Replenishment) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on keeping picking locations fully stocked and ensuring smooth product flow from storage to order fulfillment areas.

Key Responsibilities

Replenishment & Material Movement

• Operate reach truck or sit-down forklift to move product from reserve storage to pick locations
• Perform replenishment tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Monitor pick bin inventory levels and restock as needed
• Ensure pick locations are consistently stocked to meet order demand

Inventory & Location Control

• Accurately scan and track product movement using RF devices
• Verify correct SKU quantity and location during replenishment
• Rotate stock using FIFO (first in first out) when required
• Consolidate partial pallets and optimize storage space

Warehouse Support

• Assist with put-away staging and picking as needed
• Transport materials between departments or zones
• Organize bulk storage areas and maintain accessibility
• Support cycle counts and inventory checks when required

Quality & Accuracy

• Inspect inventory for damage mislabeling or incorrect placement
• Report shortages discrepancies or safety concerns
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked and stable
• Maintain high accuracy to support efficient order fulfillment

Safety & Equipment

• Perform daily forklift inspections (battery forks controls tires)
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Operate safely in narrow aisles and high-rack environments
• Maintain clean organized work areas and clear aisles

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 4060 lbs as needed
• Stand walk bend and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable operating equipment and working at heights
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (reach truck and/or sit-down) required
• Experience with replenishment or inventory movement preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and team-oriented
