Our client is a growing law firm seeking an experienced Foreclosure & Litigation Paralegal who can confidently manage foreclosure matters from start to finish while supporting attorneys on active litigation files.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently anticipate next steps and keep files moving with minimal supervision.
What Youll Do
Youll play a key role in managing the firms foreclosure practice while providing litigation support across a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing foreclosure files from intake through completion
Conducting file reviews and performing due diligence including bankruptcy and SCRA searches
Reviewing title reports and identifying title issues requiring corrective action
Drafting recording and tracking foreclosure documents through GSCCCA including assignments deeds and affidavits
Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate file status updates
Preparing client reports and communicating case progress
Assisting attorneys with foreclosure-related and general civil litigation
Drafting pleadings motions discovery notices and other legal documents
Managing litigation calendars court deadlines and service of process
Organizing discovery document production and case files
Communicating with clients lenders loan servicers title companies courts opposing counsel and other third parties
What Were Looking For
Were looking for a paralegal who can hit the ground running and bring strong foreclosure knowledge to the team. Ideal candidates will have:
Prior litigation experience in a law firm
Extensive knowledge of Georgia foreclosure procedures from inception through completion
Experience reviewing title reports and identifying curative title issues
Experience recording documents and conducting searches through GSCCCA
Working knowledge of FDCPA requirements
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
Bonus Experience
While not required the following experience would be highly valued:
Tennessee or Alabama foreclosure experience
Creditor-side bankruptcy experience including PACER
Collections experience
