Ford Warranty Administrator

• Review process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim status and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all warranty documentation and correspondence.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to verify warranty coverage and resolve issues.
• Assist in auditing warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide support for reporting and analysis related to warranty activities.

• Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software related to warranty processing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive service industry practices is a plus.
