Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Merced California. • Lead motivate and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor sales staff through one-on-one training role-playing and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios lead response times appointments showroom traffic and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in desking deals structuring transactions and negotiating with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and integrity.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage lead follow-up customer retention and sales pipeline activity.
• Recruit train and retain top sales talent.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and dealership performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Ford products programs incentives and competitive market trends.
• Foster a culture focused on customer service accountability and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning team.
• Experience desking deals and managing the complete sales process.
• Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Ability to analyze reports identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Experience with VinSolutions CRM.
• Ford dealership experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

$10000 - $15000 per month

Compensation includes a competitive salary and performance-based commission structure. High-performing managers have the opportunity to exceed stated earnings.
