Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Express Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
- Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive lube technician preferred
- Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employmentdrug screen and background check
