Hubler Ford is seeking a skilled and experienced Ford Experienced Technician to join our team in Shelbyville this role you will perform diagnostic repair and maintenance services on Ford vehicles ensuring quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. • Perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles using dealership-approved tools and procedures.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them efficiently with quality workmanship.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford technical service bulletins and software updates.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.

• Proven experience as a technician specializing in Ford vehicles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
