• Diagnose repair and maintain Ford vehicles using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic tools
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and fluid replacements
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service needs and vehicle condition
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Stay updated on the latest Ford technology and repair techniques

• Experience as an automotive technician preferably with Ford vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license
