Metz Culinary Management is seeking hospitality-driven individuals to join our team at Regina Health Center. We are a family-driven company that collaborates with partners to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to every guest.

We are looking for Rock Star team members who share our passion for food and service. As a server you will ensure residents receive amazing meals with unexpected service and smiles.

• Provide compassionate amazing service to patients and residents.

• Assist with meal selection tray set-up delivery and removal of food trays.

• Maintain compliance with patient dietary instructions under the guidance of clinical dietitian staff.

• Assist in kitchen duties including plating cafe set-up/tear-down and sanitation.

• Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.

We offer flexible schedules to meet our operational needs:

• Shift Rotations: Includes Day Afternoon and Night shifts.

• Weekend Availability: Rotational weekend shifts are required.

• Flexibility: Full-time (30 hours/week) and Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) positions are available.

• Experience: Hospitality or server experience is desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food.

• Attitude: A strong work ethic and a smile are required.

• Skills: Ability to thrive in a team environment and perform basic mathematical tasks for inventory.

• Compliance: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass required background checks and drug screenings.

• Daily Pay Option: Optional employee benefit to receive pay daily.

Culinary Team Members:Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services a hospitality driven multi dining outlet setting you will perform duties to include plating set up and tear down of café restaurant retail areas orassist in kitchen to include prep dish room dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment

Line and Prep Cooks:Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef to inventory and portion assist in kitchen to include prep dish room dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.

Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Our Team of Dietary Aids ensure our patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles! Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff our Dietary Aids ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Our servers assist with meal selection tray set up delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience desired but OPEN to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
