Job Description:

Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Possesses basic cafeteria food service and cash register knowledge. Oversees daily activities of the food service operation and is responsible for evaluation of standards and quality control. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code to accomplish all daily : Preferred: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: Preferred: 2 years of food service supervisor or related experienceSkills: Basic reading writing math and computer skills Excellent communication skills Able to follow directions and work together as a team player Able to stand for long periods of time Able to climb carry pull or push up to 50 pounds Able to move quickly Basic cash register Food safety and sanitation knowledgeLicensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
