Position: Food Service Supervisor
Location: Peoria AZ
Schedule: Full-time 0600 - 1430 (40hrs/week; days may vary)
Compensation: $20.00 - 30.00 based on years of experience
Must have: cooking experience supervisor/lead experience computer skills.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
- Manages and coordinates operations of the department including food service and nutritional care to promote optimal patient care while providing exemplary customer service.
- Plans organizes and implements department policies and procedures.
- Performs multiple responsibilities including but not limited to menu planning personnel management development training and evaluation of systems and processes to achieve department goals.
- Assures compliance with standard practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a state or local approved food safety/sanitation course required
- Thorough knowledge of food products service operations staffing food handling/storage and regulatoryrequirements required
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills preferred
