In this role youll be a key leader in overseeing the daily operations of the residential dining hall on campus as well as a new retail location. From leading and developing a high-performing team to driving operational success and building strong client relationships youll play an essential part in delivering an outstanding dining experience for students.

Predictable Schedule with Flexibility - Enjoy a schedule that offers more consistency than many food service roles. While flexibility is needed at times to support campus events and operational needs the typical schedule is: TuesdayFriday: 12:30 PM8:30 PM / Saturday: 9:15 AM7:30 PM / Sundays & Mondays off. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages trains and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants hotels corporate dining education military health care and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and internet.
• Associates degree is preferred.
