This role leads a team of baristas ensures product quality and consistency and delivers an exceptional guest experience that reflects both SSAs 452 Hospitality standards and the expectations of the licensed all daily café operations including opening/closing staffing and service coach and develop a team of baristas to deliver consistent high-quality beverage the majority of scheduled hours on the floorhandcrafting beverages running the register modeling service behavior stepping in during peak periods and connecting with compliance with licensed brand standards recipes and operational inventory ordering and waste control to meet cost and maintain cleanliness food safety and health code with the Food Operations team on scheduling labor management and guest concerns with professionalism and in alignment with 452 Hospitality new team members on product knowledge equipment use and service with Food Operations team on the execution of food and beverage programs quality and daily coffee shop performance metrics to leadership on a daily weekly and monthly basis surfacing trends wins and areas needing and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and other tasks as deemed catering or event beverage needs as required by the is by no means an exhaustive list of all responsibilities skills duties requirements efforts or working conditions associated with this job description.
