Food Server Macau Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Monitors guests needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
• Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware restocking items such as condiments filling salt and pepper shakers cutting lemons etc.
• Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
• Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
• Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
• Performs all necessary tasks to service guests such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
• Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• Maintains knowledge of property information including memorabilia.
• Abides to Freeman Standards.
• Knows hours of operation and current promotions.
• Knows food products food promotions and food available on buffet stations.
• Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
• Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
• Upholds the Mission Statement We create authentic experiences that rock.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests co-workers managers and vendors.

• Follows The Legal Stuff guidelines.
