This hands-on role combines kitchen leadership team development and community impactensuring every meal is prepared with care and delivered with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the street outreach meal distribution
• Supervise train and support Food Programs staff and volunteers.
• Oversee daily meal preparation packaging delivery and service.
• Coordinate with Chefs Program Directors the Operations Director and community partners.
• Maintain high standards for food safety sanitation quality and kitchen organization.
• Assist with menu planning and support efficient Food Security Hub operations.
• Lead projects and contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with staff volunteers partners and the people we serve.

Schedule: This is a full-time 1st shift position with a Sunday through Thursday schedule with hours varying between the range of 8 am - 6:30 pm.

Compensation and Benefits

These positions offer competitive pay at a rate of $30.78 per hour as well as generous paid time off insurance and retirement plan benefits including

• 4 weeks/160 hours (accrued) vacation time 12 days/96 hours (accrued) sick time 4 days/32 hours personal time 12 paid holidays
