We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial food processing commercial institutional healthcare pharmaceutical and bio-fuel projects.

Shambaugh & Son is seeking a Food Processing Parts Sales this role you will be responsible for parts sales for refrigeration mechanical and food processing systems. This work will consist of talking with customers via email or phone. Putting accurate quotes together for our customers either internally or externally. Going to the IIAR and/or RETA trade shows to actively promote sales. Working with customer service and billing people to make sure that we are staying ahead of issues should they arise.

• Responsible for Sales duties:
• • Putting together Accurate & Concise Parts Quotes with Correct Pricing for all of our customers
  • Establishing Accurate contacts for all of customers and our vendors.
  • Verify that price sheets are correct and current
  • Establish and maintain Parts Contracts
• Assist in the promotion of Represented Products Parts Sales to lead to more business for the Group
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of the refrigeration & food industry including parts is a plus
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks incoming calls quoting internal personnel etc.
• Highly organized self-motivated and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel AS400
• Must have excellent customer service and phone skills
• Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
