Job Duties:Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC serves Office of Mental Health facilities and other NYS facilities government facilities and not-for-profit agencies by making/delivering 150 different food products (15000 lbs. produced daily).
Positions require performing a variety of food preparation tasks other than cooking to include preparing cold foods/shellfish; storing and stocking of food; and sanitation tasks. Some tasks are performed in a wet or cold environment.
Food Safety and Facility specific training will be provided
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
