Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our luxury Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. This unique role wears many hats to include responsibilities of a host(ess) in the assigned outlet while supervising the food and beverage operations in your assigned shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide an exceptional first experience for our guests. Additionally the role involves assisting the management team with various administrative tasks:

Food & Beverage Supervisor:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist in menu planning and updates.           

Guest Services: 

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and address guest inquiries.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Utilize tools and platforms to create industry leading guest specific experience.    

    Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between guests and the management team.
    • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the appropriate departments.
    • Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
    • Special Events Coordination: planning and coordinating special events private parties or large group reservations ensuring that all guest requirements are met (this refers to masterclasses and PDR).
    • Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on service improvements.

     Administrative Support:

    • Assist with scheduling and staff management.
    • Prepare reports and maintain records of guest feedback and service issues.
    • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications :

    • Previous experience in hospitality particularly in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant/bar setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations is required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or food & beverage education is a plus.
