MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of food and beverage experience.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Experience in restaurant bar or banquet operations a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Understanding of food safety sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure service standards cleanliness and guest satisfaction targets are met.
- Monitor dining areas bar stations and service flow during peak periods.
- Assist with scheduling breaks and shift coverage as needed.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory ordering and restocking processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
