The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. At Aloft Denver Downtown were looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who wants to do more than manage a shiftthey want to help build one of downtown Denvers most exciting hotel bar experiences.

This is a hands-on working supervisor role where youll:

Lead bar operations and jump behind the bar when needed.

Oversee our light food program and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Partner with our Sales team to execute meeting and catering events.

Create bar activations happy hours themed events and local partnerships that bring new energyand new gueststo W XYZ Bar.

Help grow revenue while creating memorable experiences for travelers and locals alike.

Hourly Pay: $23.00$26.00 per hour based on experience. Tip Eligibility: This is a working supervisor position providing the opportunity to earn additional income through bar shift tips. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 to $26.00.
