Harper Associates has partnered with one of Detroits premier hotels to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for its acclaimed high-end restaurant.

What Youll Do

• Lead the daily operations of a high-volume upscale steakhouse within a luxury hotel.
• Inspire coach and develop front-of-house supervisors and service staff.
• Ensure impeccable service standards and an exceptional guest experience.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
• Manage staffing scheduling labor costs and payroll.
• Monitor beverage and food quality cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting guest relationships.
• Help achieve financial goals through effective cost control and operational excellence.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience in an upscale restaurant steakhouse luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills.
• Experience managing labor scheduling and restaurant financial performance.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest service.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus.
