Salary:$135K - $150K (DOE)

About Company / Opportunity:

Privately owned Golf & Country Club is looking to add an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Director to lead all dining beverage and event operations. Must bring a strong background in private clubs country clubs and/or luxury hospitality environments with proven expertise in operation leadership guest experience and financial management. The role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to build strong relationships overseeing multiple outlets and consistently delivering exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities:

Member & Guest Experience

• Oversee and elevate the overall member and guest dining experience across all food beverage and club outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members ensuring high satisfaction engagement and retention.
• Address member feedback and service concerns promptly and professionally ensuring effective resolution.
• Establish and maintain service standards that create a polished welcoming atmosphere throughout the club.

Leadership Events & Team Development

• Lead mentor and develop all food and beverage management and service teams.
• Oversee private events banquets and member functions from planning through execution ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Collaborate with the events culinary and service teams to deliver seamless operations for all functions.
• Conduct leadership meetings pre-shift briefings and ongoing training to align teams with service standards and club goals.

Operations & Financial Management

• Direct all food and beverage operations including service standards purchasing inventory control and cost management.
• Manage budgets review P&L statements and implement strategies to control food beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with all club policies procedures safety and sanitation standards.
