The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $26.25. The full pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $41.25

The Closing Food & Beverage team continues the momentum from the teams day ofhard workin Food & Beverage to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each nightand help set the team up for success going into the next day. They have a deep understanding of each leaders vision for theirbusinessthey prioritize through the eyes of the guest and have fun with the team whileexecutingFood & Beverage closing routines.

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-firstand freshnessculture

  • Food&Beverage business fundamentals includingdepartment sales trends freshness food safetyand quality inventory managementitem reliabilityguest shopping patternsandpricing and promotionalstrategies

  • Executingclosing routines and overseeing Food & Beverage operationswith guidance fromarea and store leaders on procedureprocessand team member concerns

  • Supporting daily/weekly stores workload to supportFood &Beverage priorities and deliver sales goals

  • Leading a team of hourly team members including skills in interviewing training coachingevaluatingandretainingand developing talent.

As aFood & Beverage ClosingTeam Leaderno twodaysare ever the same but a typical daymost likelywillinclude the following responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

  • Ensures every team member understands is trained and consistentlydelivers onTargets guest experience commitmentsand consistent operations.

  • Actively observes and provides feedback holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.

  • Reviews area guest financial and team outcome metrics toidentifyopportunitiestakes action to improve andaligns team on the right behaviors and execution celebrates wins drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.

  • Develop a collaborative partnership with your peer Food & Beverage Team Leadersfor alignmentonexpectations priorities goals andleadinga great Food & Beverage Team

  • Leadthe closingteam to execute the closing tasks and routines whilemaintaininggreat guest service through store closing hours.
