Foam Production Supervisor

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field plus two years of supervisory experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Project.
• Experience with SAP systems and production communication devices preferred.
• Strong communication organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Supervise daily foam production operations ensuring a safe efficient organized and professional work environment.
• Lead and develop employees through open communication fair and consistent policy administration performance management training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by improving first-run quality productivity labor efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Promote and enforce Health Safety and Environmental standards by conducting training inspections investigations audits and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Magna Employee Charter principles Quality and Material Management Systems ISO 14001 requirements and company objectives while supporting high productivity and positive EOS results.
