Responsibilities

• Design and create fresh floral silk and plant arrangements for funeral and memorial services.
• Thoughtfully interpret reference photos and personal family requests to create meaningful floral tributes that honor each life.
• Maintain order accuracy.
• Meet with families to discuss floral needs offering compassionate guidance and support.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple services meet deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting families and visitors.
• Maintain and refresh floral arrangements and plants throughout the funeral home.
• Process flowers and plants on load days ensuring quality and freshness.
• Clean and organize floral work areas shelves displays and coolers.
• Deliver and receive flowers as needed.
• Assist with floral workshops community events and pop-up booths as scheduled presenting the Company with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Must have some experience
