Floral Designer

Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts is looking for EXPERIENCED floral designers to join our team. We are a multi-location floral company with 3 locations in Las Vegas & Henderson.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven punctual and reliable with proven experience working in fast-paced retail and/or event settings.

Salary will be determined based on audition performance.

• Experience - length & type
• Knowledge

Qualifications:

2 Years PAID Floral Design Experience

Knowledge of and experience working with various flowers styles and settings

Experience in a production event or retail setting

Ability to take direction and follow recipes

• Creativity and innovation in design
• Knowledge of current industry trends

Work Environment:

Work involves continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment

Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements bending and reaching

Responsible for moving and lifting 1-10 pounds regularly with a maximum weight lifted of 40 pounds

Will spend the majority of time on feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours

May be exposed to various allergens and work environments including temperature changes
