Were seeking a dependable and detail-orientedFloor Technician to join our team! Your role is essential to maintaining a clean safe and comfortable environment for our residents staff and guests. This position requires reliability strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.

In this role you will:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms bedrooms hallways and common spaces through mopping scrubbing buffing polishing dusting and disinfecting

• Restock Supplies: Replenish paper products soap and other essential items as needed

• Engage with Others: Interact respectfully and professionally with residents staff and visitors to foster a welcoming environment

In this role you will:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned

• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools

• Maintain the physical plant grounds and equipment in safe working order

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance

• Ensure a clean hazard-free environment for residents staff and visitors

• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
