Floor Tech (Janitorial)

Willing to Train some experience preferred.

Essential duties:

*Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.*Must be able to strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical)*Must know how to burnish floors with a High Speed*Must be able to extract and bonnet carpets

*Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.*May also be needed to support our janitorial program (other duties as assigned)*Ability to work with little supervision.*Reports safety hazards when identified.

*Observe safety precautions at all times uses safety signs

Experience operating the following pieces of equipment preferred but NOT Required;

Low speed Side by Side

High Speed Burnish

Carpet Extractor

Wet /Dry Vacuum

Drying Fan

Walk Behind scrubber

Ride on Scrubber

Pressure Washer

Must be able to pass background check.
