SALARY:$18.00/hr tips

SCHEDULE: Part-Time 3 days of availability (including nights and weekends) required

ROLE SUMMARY:
TheFloor Staffis responsibleforproviding excellent and memorable experiences for ourcustomers as theyvisit our Tasting Room and Kitchen. Theygreet provide recommendations take orders deliverfoodand bus tables. Theytell the story of Cutwater Spirits and share insight into the products experiences of CutwaterSpiritsturning visitors into life-long fans of our company and positionworksunder the direction of theFloorManager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greetguests providing a warm and genuine welcome.
• Provide guests with menus and answer anyinitialquestions.
• Provide guests with instructions on navigating the Tasting Room and making purchases in the retail shop.
• Respond to complaints andhelpingto resolve them.
• Answer phone callstakingreservationsand answering questions.
• Ensure that the server stations are adequately stocked with tableware napkins and condiments.
• Deliverfood and beverages to guests.
• Enter orderstoPOS system and process payments.
• Answerguestquestionsregardingrecommended itemsmealingredientsand preparation.
• Engagewith guests to ensuretheyrehappy with their experience.
• Provideexceptionalcustomer service.
• Clear dishes and glasses throughout customer experience.
• Being able to fulfill all duties as a busser foodrunnerand server.
• Embraces and fulfills the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A food handlers license or ability to secure one within30 daysof employment.
• 1years experienceworking in the foodservice industry.
• Outgoing personality.
• Punctual.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a high-demand fast-paced working environment.
• Able to problem-solve and deal with unique customer situations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability toworka flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least18years of age.
