- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately enter orders and process payment
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and workplace efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
- Properly stock and maintain station and cleaning duties as assigned by store management
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year of experience as a barista or cashier in food service
- Strong customer service and cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers management and customers
- Ability to stand walk bend twist and kneel for the duration of the shift
- A valid Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain during training as required by law)
