• Deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting a variety of primary care and specialty clinics throughout the Sioux City Metro.
• Room patients obtain health histories collect vital signs and accurately document patient information in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Assist providers with patient examinations in-office procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications immunizations injections and other treatments within the RN scope of practice.
• Provide patient education on diagnoses medications treatment plans preventive care and follow-up instructions.
• Coordinate referrals diagnostic testing prior authorizations and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic workflows while maintaining high standards of patient care safety and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe clinical environment in accordance with organizational policies and infection prevention standards.

• Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a compact RN license recognized by the state of practice. Must be licensed and eigible to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.
• Previous outpatient ambulatory clinic or physician practice experience preferred.
• Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel between primary care and specialty clinic locations throughout the Sioux City Metro based on staffing needs.
