Job Summary
What you will do:
As our Flight Operations Manager you will support ourcompanyflight operations under 14 CFR Part 91 by providing scheduling andlogisticscoordination services.You willbe responsible forpromoting the safe efficient and compliant operation of our fleet personnel and aviation infrastructure. This role requires exceptional communication skillsgeneralregulatory knowledge and a commitment to operational excellence.
Operational Leadership
Coordinate daily day-to-day flight operations by enforcing operational policies and partnering with maintenance safety and corporate security teams to ensure safe compliant and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (FAA EASA ICAO) and company policies while supporting audits inspections and regulatory reporting.
Monitor operational risk contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest safety standards.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Execute operational strategies supporting executive travel and corporate objectives.
Analyze operational performance and support fleet planning aircraft acquisition vendor management and continuous improvement
Financial & Resource Management
Process department invoices and paymentsincluding operating expenses fuel management and vendor contracts.
Participate in the optimization ofresource allocation including crew scheduling andaircraftutilization.
Identifyand implement cost-saving initiatives whilemaintainingservice quality and safety standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Foster a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement while supporting the recruitment training and development of operational personnel.
Partner with executive leadership to support corporate travel needs and ensure high service levels.
What you need:
Mandatory:
Bachelors degree is required for the role.
8 years of professional work experience.
5 years ofexperience in customer centric aviation operations.
2 years of experience with aviation regulations flight operations and safety management systems.
Preferred:
FAADispatchercertification and/or aviation management certifications (e.g. CAM credentialed Safety Manager)a plus.
Strong decision-makingand problem-solving skills.
Financial acumen with the ability toanalyze operational metrics.
Proficiencywith aviation systems scheduling software and flight planning tools.
