The Opportunity

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a dynamic student-centered and forward-thinking Flight Data Reception and Records Operations Professional. This customer service professional will support the Flight Data & Certification Department as the first point of contact with the customer and strives to meet their needs in a professional cheerful courteous and efficient manner. Records collected in the department will be submitted to the FAA so accuracy is demanded of the position.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving students and colleagues at the reception desk

  • Answering the phone and emails

  • Reviewing documentation for errors and scanning documents to support the process

  • Performing data entry

  • Supporting the needs of the Analysts Specialist ACR and Manager

  • Guiding student assistants in support of those tasks

Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:

Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems Access Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook/email and Internet end-user applications such as ETA.

Familiarity with flight training paperwork and lingo preferred.
