SUMMARY
The Senior Manufacturing Manager provides leadership across multiple production areas bydirecting Area Production Managers for Extrusion Steel Strip Pipe Completion andConnections. Reporting to the General Manager this role is accountable for execution ofsafety quality delivery and cost objectives across manufacturing operations; managesproduction scheduling in coordination with the Senior Manufacturing Analyst; and works closelywith the other areas to drive operational performance resolve issues and support continuousimprovement.

- Provide leadership and direction to Area Production Managers across Extrusion Steel StripPipe Completion and Connections to achieve safety quality delivery and cost objectives.
- Champion a culture of safety accountability and regulatory compliance by ensuringadherence to company policies safe work practices and environmental requirements acrossall manufacturing areas.
- Manage production scheduling and execution in coordination with the Senior ManufacturingAnalyst to meet customer demand optimize throughput and support on-time deliverycommitments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste improve process stability increaseproductivity and standardize best practices across manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with the other department managers to resolve operational issues improvereliability support material flow and strengthen overall plant performance.
- Manage departmental performance through effective use of labor materials and operatingresources supporting budget targets and cost improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key manufacturing metrics such as output scrap downtime yield scheduleadherence and attainment and drive corrective actions to improve results.
- Coach develop and hold Area Production Managers accountable for performance talentdevelopment succession planning and consistent execution of plant priorities.
- Promote clear communication and alignment across shifts departments and leadership teamsto ensure effective execution of production priorities and rapid escalation of issues.
- Lead escalation response root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for safetyincidents quality issues equipment losses and production plant leadership initiatives and perform other duties as assigned in alignment withbusiness needs.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Therequirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required. - Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or relatedfield.
- 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience preferably in pipemanufacturing steel processing extrusion or related industrial operations.
- In lieu of a bachelors degree a minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadershipexperience in pipe manufacturing or related industrial operations may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations production scheduling quality systemsprocess control and safety compliance across multiple production areas.
- Proven experience leading Lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvementinitiatives that improve safety quality delivery and cost performance.
- Demonstrated leadership organizational communication and team development skills withproven ability to work effectively with production leadership and cross-functional managers in amanufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems production reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment while balancingstrategic priorities with daily operational execution.
