FLEX Caregiver – Choose Your Schedule

Whether you have professional caregiving experience or have cared for a loved one wed love to meet you.

At Visiting Angels we build schedules around your lifenot the other way around. As a FLEX Caregiver you choose the days times and locations that work best for you.

Base pay $15 - $17/hr. an hour based on your experience

• Additional pay opportunities for:

  • Weekends

  • Holidays

  • Short shifts

  • Last-minute fill-in shifts

• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Flexible scheduling

• Most shifts available between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• 24 hour shifts available seven days a week

As a Visiting Angels caregiver youll provide non-medical assistance that helps seniors remain safe comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance

• Bathing and dressing

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and conversation

• Running errands and transportation assistance

One of the best parts of the job is building meaningful relationships with the clients you serve.

• Valid Ohio drivers license

• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance

• Dependable compassionate and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently

• Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation

• 1 year previous caregiving required or STNA

Experience with dementia or Alzheimers care is a plus but we provide training and support to help you succeed.
