Its that time of year again! Were excited about the upcoming 2026 NC Mountain State Fair.

We are seeking seasonal staff for the 2026 NC Mountain State Fair that begins on Friday September 11 2026 and ends on Sunday September 20 2026. If you enjoy people working in a fast-paced environment could use a little extra cash and being part of a team is essential to a safe and fun event we need you!

The Fair is held at the Davis Event Center - 765 Boylston Hwy Fletcher NC 28732.

We are hiring for the following positions:
Information Personnel Ticket Seller Ticket Taker and Entry Personnel.

**Background checks will be required for the Ticket Seller positions. **

Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Recruitment Range: $15.00 - $17.00

• Ability to collect data and fees for the work location.
• Ability to convey basic information to individuals or groups.
• Ability to understand basic issues identify problems and opportunities to determine the appropriate course of action.

Minimum Education and Experience

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
