Job Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure schedules for turbine generator outages are developed in accordance with fleet/station requirements and standards.
• Interface with other work groups/vendors (onsite and offsite) to identify and collect necessary information in support of schedule development and quality.
• Provide scheduling support for site work groups site organization or vendors that have activities that need to be coordinated through and integrated into the project schedule.
• Coordinate and schedule activities to minimize equipment/system out of service time to minimize plant risk.
• Communicates schedule issues/conflicts promptly to the Director of Fleet Outages and the Turbine Services Project Manager.
• Attends project stakeholder meetings and reports out on the schedule.
• Assist in the development and updating of the Project Health Reports (PHRs) in preparation for the Project Review Committee (PRC) meetings.

Education Experience & Skill Requirements

Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related technical field (preferred) or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of power plant scheduling experience - highly recommended
• Proficient in P6 Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
• General understanding of nuclear operation practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team.

Travel is required to support fleet outages meetings and project execution/evaluation.
