Fleet Logistics Manager

Oversees fleet operations to ensure safe efficient and cost-effective transportation. Responsible for dispatch planning vehicle shipments driver coordination vendor management and performance tracking.

• Manage daily dispatch routing scheduling and vehicle assignments
• Coordinate vehicle shipments and third-party drivers
• Monitor fleet performance delivery timelines and logistics costs
• Maintain accurate records (shipments costs repairs incidents compliance)
• Ensure safety standards and transportation regulations are followed
• Lead and support logistics staff (hiring onboarding training scheduling)
• Work with internal teams on planning budgeting and operations alignment
• Manage external vendors (transport repair fuel upfit services)
• Improve processes SOPs and operational efficiency using data and systems

• 35 years in fleet logistics transportation or operations
• Leadership and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and transportation compliance
• Experience with GPS telematics or dispatch systems
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities
• Valid drivers license

• Background in logistics supply chain or business operations
