Coordinator Movement of Equipment between Branches.
Pay Range $62500-$70 K plus bonus

Under the direction of the Director Fleet Operations the incumbent efficiently and effectively services the equipment needs of the Red-D-Arc branches for rental logistics and sales transactions. The services to provide to branches include order fulfillment strategic positioning acquisitions and disposals.
Maintains a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arcs health and safety guidelines.
Provides exceptional customer service to their assigned Operational Region(s).
Takes ownership and supports the distribution of fleet assets within their assigned region(s).
Coordinates movement of equipment between branches as needed and supports the selling of equipment between companies through the export/import process.
Proactively attends to and seeks to understand equipment performance levels (utilization).
Contributes insights and ideas to the purchase of assets particularly when Requests for Rental Equipment and/or New Equipment can be thoughtfully filled from available fleet.
Ideally you will help create and submit Purchase Orders for fixed assets after following the Capital Acquisition Request (CAR) process.
Fosters and nurtures collaborative relationships with national vendors and maintains a helpful familiarity with appropriate product offerings and pricing.
Administering Preparing and Distribution of Customs Documents for intercompany transfers.
Participates in the support of quarterly branch fixed asset inventories and assists the team in identifying and relocating lost assets.
Attends to and maintains district stocking levels for key products within your territory.
Collaborating with Ops/Service on Fleet Unavailable and Static Equipment to find solutions.
Contributes to the teams overall success by performing other related duties as required.
Required:
Post-secondary education from University or College Degree or equivalent work experience
Work experience in the welding and/or rental industry preferred
3 years in the welding logistics and/or rental industry or a related industry
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
