Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Flavor Technician for a manufacturing warehouse located in Cartersville!

Qualifications for Flavor Technicians:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Attention to detail.

• Analytical thinking.

• A sense of responsibility.

• Passion for knowledge.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Flavor Technicians:

• Assist compounders with cleaning batching and filling operations.

• Follow and execute flavor recipes at the lab scale.

• Organize and optimize raw materials used in production.

• Support new flavor development and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation and update data in SAP.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company guidelines.

• Perform assigned quality checks and corrective actions.

• Taste and evaluate developed products as needed.

• Adhere to food safety HACCP hygiene and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to support efficient production processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
