• Manage all aspects of the service and parts departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead train and motivate staff to meet dealership standards and goals.
• Monitor and control budgets expenses and labor hours in fixed operations.
• Collaborate with other dealership departments to promote a cohesive and customer-focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota corporate policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze fixed operations performance data and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in managing fixed operations within an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of service and parts department operations and financial management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Toyota systems and standards is a plus.
