We are seeking an experienced results-driven Fixed Operations Manager to lead a premier high-volume Chevrolet service and parts operation in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of service and parts operations
• Drive customer pay sales growth and profitability
• Improve technician productivity efficiency and retention
• Build and maintain a customer-focused culture
• Develop managers advisors technicians and support staff
• Monitor key performance indicators and execute action plans to achieve results
• Ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• Automotive Fixed Operations leadership experience required
• Proven success managing high-volume service and parts operations
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build coach and lead high-performing teams
• Results-oriented with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement
• Chevrolet or General Motors experience is a plus
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
