Job Summary

- Schedule free trial workouts and consultations
- Confirm appointments and maximize show rates
- Consistently follow up with prospective members
- Build relationships with parents athletes and adult members
- Maintain accurate notes and excellent CRM discipline
- Welcome guests and create an outstanding first impression
- Conduct facility tours when appropriate
- Support community events outreach efforts and member appreciation events
- Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed
- Work closely with the General Manager and coaching staff to help grow the business
Success in this role is measured by results.
During your first 90 days youll be expected to:
- Consistently book qualified appointments
- Maintain outstanding appointment show rates
- Demonstrate excellent CRM organization and follow-up

Preferred but not required:
- One year or more of sales or customer service experience
- Experience with phone sales appointment setting or lead follow-up
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM system is helpful
