Fitness Floor Staff

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Were seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to join our team. As our new Fitness Floor Staff Member you will:

• Supervisor the fitness floor and assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts

• Enforce Club policies

• Maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning and schedules

• Respond to Members concerns suggestions and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred or current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification course

• A current CPR/AED certification or the ability and willingness to obtain upon hire

• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills

• Superior customer services skills
